Our History

A talented salesman – convinced his silky-smooth voice would identify him as a great candidate – realized that submitting online applications did not adequately reveal that compelling asset and his performance potential to recruiters. He decided there must be a better way to handle initial reviews and screenings for voice-relevant jobs. HireIQ was born out of his inspiration.
